You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Due to our commitment to fast delivery, our handling time is typically 1–2 business days.

Recommendation: If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for the best chance of a successful cancellation.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and a tracking number has been generated, we cannot cancel the order.

  • If your order has already shipped, you must wait to receive the package and then follow our [Return & Refund Policy] to return the item for a refund.
  • Please note that in cases of customer remorse (changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

4. Cancellation Fees

We do not charge any cancellation fees for orders that are cancelled before they are processed or shipped. You will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

5. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

Once your cancellation request is confirmed and approved:

  • A full refund will be initiated immediately.
  • The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
  • Please allow 10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Cancellation by FTBJ LLC

We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • The item is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Issues identified by our fraud detection system.
  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions on the website.
  • Incomplete or unverified shipping/billing information. If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund immediately.
