  • Selling Country: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
  • Currency: All transactions and prices are processed in US Dollars (USD).

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

To ensure your package reaches you quickly, we follow a strict processing and delivery schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 Business Days.
  • Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

4. Delivery Terms & Carriers

5. Change of Address

We cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at Info@ftbjllc.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

7.Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package's progress directly through the provided tracking information.

8.Note on Holidays

Please be advised that during peak holiday seasons or federal holidays, handling and transit times may be slightly extended due to high carrier volumes

9.Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery to ensure your order reaches you without delay.

10. Sales Tax 

Tax Information: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of sales tax where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay, with no additional tax surprises.

11. Parcel Damage & Issues

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
