We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden charges, no membership fees, and no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free delivery.

  • Selling Country: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

To ensure your package reaches you quickly, we follow a strict processing and delivery schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).
  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).

9.Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery to ensure your order reaches you without delay.

11. Parcel Damage & Issues

Returns & Refund

Yes, we accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

3. Product Condition

We only accept returns for items in the following condition:

New: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and manuals included.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Wrong Products: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent), there are no costs to the customer. We will provide a pre-paid return label.
  • For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. (No restocking fee).

6. Return Window

Items must be requested for return within 14 days from the date the package was delivered to your address.

7.Return Label

How to Get a Return Label:

  • For Defective Products: We will email you a pre-paid return label to download and print.
