3. Product Condition
We only accept returns for items in the following condition:
New: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and manuals included.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective or Wrong Products: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent), there are no costs to the customer. We will provide a pre-paid return label.
- For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
5. Restocking Fee

Items must be requested for return within 14 days from the date the package was delivered to your address.
